AMY PEARCE
Amy Pearce, LEED AP and Green Advantage-Certified, is a talented and accomplished professional with more than fifteen years of diversified and progressive design/construction management experience with emphasis in the pre-construction and project management of complex projects, including several LEED projects over the past six years. During her career, she has directed design and managed construction affairs on more than $750 million in projects including high-rise office buildings, hospitals, laboratories, institutional facilities, recreation venues, data centers and mission-critical facilities. Amy’s areas of expertise include: Project Management and Administration, Design and Construction Management, Sustainable Building Practices, Planning and Design, Conceptual and Budget Estimating, Negotiations, Client Relations and Liaison Affairs, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Jobsite Safety, Change Management and Job Cost Control. She has special interests in the design and construction of high-performance, sustainable buildings and on promoting lean construction practices, and is involved in educating the local community about the benefits of LEED and constructing green buildings.
Amy holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and is involved in the professional community through her affiliations with the USGBC-Greater Houston Area Chapter, ASCE Houston Branch and the Society of Women Engineers. She is currently Project Manager on the LEED Platinum-pursuing BP projectRodeo, a 400,000 SF office and trading facility for BPs Integrated Supply and Trading business in Houston.
