ANNETTE DUKE

Annette Duke, LEED AP and Green Advantage-Certified, is a talented and accomplished professional with more than 4 years of diversified and progressive design & construction experience with emphasis in the pre-construction and estimating of complex projects, including several LEED projects spanning her career. During her professional career, she has directed design and managed estimating affairs on more than $550 million in projects including hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, office complexes, mixed-use developments, retail, residential and religious buildings. Annette’s areas of expertise include: commercial estimating, design and preconstruction management, sustainable building practices, planning and design, conceptual and budget estimating, negotiations, client relations and liaison affairs, quality assurance and quality control, jobsite safety, change management and job cost control. She has special interests in the design and construction of high-performance, sustainable buildings and on promoting lean construction practices, and is involved in educating the local community about the benefits of LEED and constructing green buildings.
