BRUCE OFFNER

Bruce Offner has over thirty-five years of construction industry experience. Bruce began his career in the residential marketplace and moved into commercial construction in 1976. Bruce then spent over twenty years as a Field Superintendent for several major Philadelphia area ENR Top 100 Construction Management firms with experiences in Historical Restorations, Bio-Pharma / Hospital and Educational projects in both urban and rural areas. He then became the Manager of Pre-Construction services, project planning, logistics and cost development for a highly ranked ENR Construction Management firm in their Philadelphia Area offices. Bruce attended Drexel University and majored in Construction Management.

Bruce also volunteered his time with the Green Advantage® Focus Group and played a pivotal role in the creation, development and upgrading of the Green Advantage® curriculum. Bruce is currently an active member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, is a LEED® Green Associate and holds Green Advantage® Commercial & Residential certificates. Bruce continues to do project planning and cost consulting for LEED® projects.

Bruce joined with Lisa Grayson Zygmunt at Resource Dynamics Inc. in September, 2008 and then formed Resource Dynamics / Green Building Education, LLC.
