JANE AHRENS

Jane Ahrens is a project architect with the aviation division of Gresham, Smith and Partners in Dallas, Texas. She continues to hold a part-time faculty position at The University of Texas at Arlington where she has taught design studios and sustainability in the School of Architecture. Jane is a member of the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chapter of the US Green Building Council and the Dallas Architectural Foundation, and serves on the City of Dallas Green Building Task Force. She is a Green Advantage® Certified Professional and also serves as a trainer for the program. Jane’s expertise in high efficiency building and environmental issues is integrated into her own projects as well as shared with the community with frequent lectures and workshops.
