KEVIN MARTIN
Kevin Martin RA, CSI, LEED AP, graduated with an M.Arch from Penn in 1970 and has been practicing as a Registered Architect in the metro Philadelphia area since 1973. Kevin was LEEDAP and Green Advantage certified in the fall of 2007.
After a year in the VISTA program, Kevin worked for Alesker, Reiff & Dundon and then for Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann in Philadelphia between 1971 and 1999. The bulk of his responsibilities and contributions for these firms were in the areas of consultant coordination and construction documentation/administration. Among his projects for these firms were new and renovated buildings for St. Joseph’s University, the American College and the University of Delaware.Other area projects include The Hotel DuPont renovation and The Rittenhouse Hotel/Condo, The Wanamaker Building and the SEPTA Headquarters in Philadelphia, plus miscellaneous public transit renovation work for SEPTA.Since 2000, Kevin has had an architectural consulting practice in the areas of construction administration and documentation, historic building renovation, and code and permit processing for local developers and community groups.
In addition to his work in the construction industry, Kevin is also a wrestling coach in a Philadelphia high school and actively involved in the local, regional and national developmental programs of USA Wrestling as a coach, referee and veterans competitor. |
