MATT SHEHAN

Matt is a graduate of Philadelphia University with a BS in Architectural Studies and an MBA. For the past 6 years he has worked in both project management and estimating departments for WS Cumby, a Philadelphia Area Construction Manager and founding member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council. Ever since he has been involved in LEED projects at all levels of development and ranging from Basic to Platinum Certification. In addition to being a LEED AP since 2004, he has been involved with various building Charrettes in the Philadelphia area and served on the DVGBC Marketing Committee. Matt was part of the pilot program for The Green Advantage Program and currently teaches the program as both Contractor or Architect when needed. An avid supporter of integrated design, he is currently advocating the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for contractors to collaborate with design teams.
