MEGAN LOOMIS

Megan Moscol, a LEED Accredited Professional, is a sustainability consultant with Halcom Consulting LLC in Albuquerque, NM. Her first certified project, the Sigler Office and Warehouse in Albuquerque, was a trial by fire in which she was responsible for all construction documentation. As a result, she has deep respect for all those who face the seemingly insurmountable task of completing LEED documentation for the first time. Megan is a member of the Steering Committee of the New Mexico Chapter of the US Green Building Council, and serves as chair of the chapter Technical Advisory Committee. She is a Green Advantage® Certified Professional specializing in commercial construction, and serves as a trainer for the program. Her goal through education is to reduce the number of night panics caused by LEED Materials and Resources credits.
