MICHAEL O’BRIEN

Michael O’Brien, LEED AP is the Vice President of Business Development for W.S. Cumby, Inc, a regional construction management and general contracting firm specializing in green building and LEED projects. His career in the construction industry spans over 27 years, including experience in the construction of industrial facilities as well as owner/president of an independent contracting company. As director of the firm’s preconstruction services, Mike has been involved in the planning of numerous LEED projects in the higher education, K-12, office, industrial, hospitality and affordable housing markets. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, a chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
